The second-stage computing programme for young learners – introducing the Python programming language.
About This Course
Designed for learners aged 7–11 and older, this programme introduces Python and develops coding skills in line with the Key Stage 2 Computing curriculum. Students progress through four structured courses, earning a certificate for each and working towards a formal Level 2 Award in Computing.
Program Details
New topics for upper primary; students take their coding further as they begin using Python. Aligned with the Key Stage 2 Computing curriculum.
Ages 7–11 (Key Stage 2) and older learners. Non-native English speakers should be able to study and be assessed in English.
Certificate of achievement per course; formal qualification assessment available on completing the full 4-course programme.
